ABOUT NOTARY & LOAN SIGNING AGENTS
What is a Notary Public?
A notary public is a qualified and impartial official authorized by the government to verify and authenticate important documents, witness signatures, and administer oaths or affirmations. Their role is to deter fraud and ensure the legality and authenticity of various transactions, such as contracts, wills, and real estate deeds.
Why do you need a mobile notary?
You would need a mobile notary public for the convenience of having a notary come to your location, whether it’s your home, office, or another site, to witness and notarize documents without the need for travel.
What is loan signing agent?
A loan signing agent is a professional who specializes in overseeing the signing of loan documents. They are crucial for real estate transactions because they ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth signing process, reducing the risk of errors and delays.
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter or accept fees for legal advice.
